Please use the email address associated with your submission where possible so the campaign can verify and locate your record more quickly.

2. What to Include

• your full name and the email address you used on the website
• the type of request you are making
• any context that helps identify the relevant submission or communication

3. Available Requests

• access to the personal data held about you
• correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• deletion of data where applicable
• restriction or objection to certain processing
• withdrawal of consent for campaign updates or participation records

4. Response Timing

The campaign aims to respond within one month, subject to identity verification and the scope of the request.

5. Complaint Route

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may contact the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
